Knox County grand jury indictments: Forgery, sexual assault, drug trafficking

    ROCKLAND — The following indictments against 17 defendants, for a total of 75 counts, were handed down by a Knox County grand jury during its summer session July 7 and 8.  An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Sarah N. Crane, 41, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery in Rockland May 1, 2019. Crane allegedly stole more than $10,000 from a church in Rockland. The indictment charges Crane with the intent to defraud or deceive another person or government and did falsely make, complete, endorse, or alter, or possess two checks, which were from the church.

    Joseph R. Dinapoli, 31, of Cushing, tampering with a witness or informant, criminal mischief and violation of a condition of release in Rockland Nov. 9, 2019.

    Allen Leroy Fogg, 31, Maine State Prison in Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, suboxone, a schedule W drug, in Warren Jan. 2, 2019.

    Adam D. Grierson, 34, of South Thomaston, 25 counts, sexual assault, one count, aggravated assault, and one count, unlawful sexual touching in Warren from 2014 through 2019. The same victim was under 12 years of age when the alleged abuse began. Rockland police were the investigating department.

    Joseph M. Hurley, 38, of Haverill, Mass., aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, suboxone, a schedule W drug, and trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Jan. 2, 2019.

    Brandon L. Knowles, 30, Maine State Prison in Warren, elevated aggravated assault with a shank and trafficking in prison contraband in Warren July 15, 2019.

    Nicole Marie Lemay, 32, of Augusta, aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, fentanyl, in Warren Aug. 8, 2019. The indictment states that the drug was a contributing factor in the death of Cheyenne E. Cesarini-Yelverton.

    Gregory Henry Little, 37, Maine State Prison in Warren, aggravated assault with a weapon, a shank, and two counts of trafficking in prison contraband, a shank, at the prison June 22, 2019.

    Garret Lundborg, 23, of Somerville, arson and criminal mischief for allegedly setting fire to a sign owned by a Rockland resident in Rockland Nov. 12, 2019.

    Jorge Luis Medina, 40, Maine State Prison in Warren, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, suboxone, a schedule W drug and trafficking in prison contraband, suboxone, in Warren Jan. 2, 2019.

    Jason T. Moholland, 46, of Camden, aggravated trafficking in cocaine, four counts, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and criminal forfeiture, two counts, that included $13,817 in cash and a Glock firearm.

    Ian L. Murdoch, 36, of Friendship, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, and criminal mischief, all in Friendship Dec. 3, 2019.

    Zachary Porter, 19, of Thomaston, arson and criminal mischief for allegedly setting fire to a sign owned by a Rockland resident in Rockland Nov. 12, 2019.

    Nicholas J. Raye, 31, of Waldoboro, aggravated assault in Rockland Feb. 13, 2020.

    Timothy P. Ricker, 36, of Liberty, aggravated criminal operating under the influence, operating after revocation, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, and violation of a condition or release in Washington Aug. 23, 2019.

    Christopher N. Snow, 30, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening in Warren Jan. 5, 2020; violating a condition of release, criminal threatening, and two counts, disorderly conduct in Warren Feb. 1, 2020.

    Andrew H. Williams, 29, of Rockland, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of unlawful possession of drugs in Rockland Jan. 20, 2020.
