    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from March 27-April 12.

     

    Noah K. Ames, 48, of Rockland, ice fishing with more than five lines in Hope Feb. 3, 2024, $100 fine.

     

    Jamie Anderson, 46, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked in Friendship Sept. 19, 2020, $500 fine; attaching false plates in Friendship Sept. 19, 2020, $150 fine, all suspended.

     

    Arthur J. Battles, 46, of Rockport, operating after registration suspended in Rockport Nov. 24, 2023, dismissed.

     

    David F. Batty, 53, of Appleton, domestic violence assault in Rockland Aug. 17, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures in Rockland Aug. 18, 2023, $250 fine.

     

    Barry Baudanza, 49, of South Thomaston, tag system penalties on Matinicus Sept. 7, 2023, $250 fine.

     

    James Y. Campbell, 57, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Oct. 31, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport Oct. 31, 2023, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days.

     

    Robert E. Colpritt, 27, of Thomaston, violating condition of release in Cushing May 28, 2023, 72 hours in jail.

     

    Cody J. Dinsmore, 33, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden March 2, 2023, dismissed.

     

    Allaura Elliott, 34, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston June 26, 2022, 48 hours in jail.

     

    David Heyn, 39, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault in Rockland Jan. 15, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Jan. 15, 2023, $250 fine.

     

    Kathleen Jarrell, 62, of Camden, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Rockport Nov. 14, 2023, dismissed.

     

    Anthony M. Kaler, 51, of South Thomaston, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, in South Thomaston Oct. 1, 2023, seven days in jail.

     

    Edward Kiley, 35, of Hope, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland Nov. 14, 2022, $400 fine, all suspended, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 14, 2022 and March 12, 2024, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 14, 2023, unconditional discharge; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, two priors, in Rockport March 25, 2023, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, one prior, in Rockport March 25, 2023, $900 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

     

    Michael James Lindsay, 32, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Thomaston Nov. 21, 2022, 48 hours in jail.

     

    Benjamin K. Lufkin, 32, of Warren, ice fishing with more than five lines in Hope Feb. 6, 2024, $100 fine.

     

    Caleb J. Meklin, 29, of Rockport, domestic violence aggravated assault in Rockport July 10, 2022, five years in jail with all but one year suspended, probation three years.

     

    Eric M. Meklin, 40, of St. George, domestic violence assault, criminal threatening, aggravated criminal trespass, and driving to endanger all in Cushing Aug. 4, 2023, continued for sentencing.

     

    Ricky Delane Miller, 43, of Rockland, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, guilty; operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, $500 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report and violating condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, guilty on both charges.

     

    Daniel H. Mitchell, 18, of Rockland, criminal mischief in Rockland Oct. 25, 2023, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $2,315.77; assault in Rockland Dec. 1, 2023, $300 fine, 60 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop in Rockland Dec. 1, 2023, 60 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 1, 2023, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release, all in Rockland an. 10, 2024, 30 days in jail.

     

    Ellery A. Montgomery, 27, of St. George, criminal threatening, terrorizing, and reckless conduct all in St. George Feb. 20, 2022, all dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George Feb. 20, 2022, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; assault in St. George Feb. 20, 2022, $300 fine, all suspended; failing to stop for an officer in St. George Feb. 20, 2022, unconditional discharge; criminal threatening, terrorizing, and reckless conduct in St. George Feb. 20, 2024, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Jan. 1, 2022, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; refusing to sign uniform summons and complaint in Thomaston Jan. 1, 2022, unconditional discharge.

     

    Rianna Morales, 22, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren April 28, 2021, dismissed.

     

    Douglas Mott, 55, of Lincolnville, burning without a permit in Rockport April 23, 2023, $250 fine.

     

    Cecil P. Philip Jr., 57, of Rockland, criminal mischief in Rockland May 25, 2022, unconditional discharge.

     

    Jenna L. Porfirio, 36, of South Thomaston, domestic violence assault in Rockland July 13, 2022, $250 fine.

     

    Codi J. Reynolds, 25, of Canaan, gross sexual and unlawful sexual contact both in St. George Oct. 18, 2022, both dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in St. George Nov. 18, 2022, 11 months in prison.

     

    Denise J. Richards, 63, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren July 29, 2021, $400 fine, seven years in jail with all but five months suspended, probation three years.

     

    Stacy Grierson Wall, 52, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 31, 2023, $400 fine, all suspended, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 31, 2023, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, and permit unlawful use all in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, all dismissed; unlawful furnishing schedule drug in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years.

     

    Chynna Wentworth, 34, of Warren, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren Oct. 1, 2023, both dismissed; violating condition of release and criminal trespass both in Warren Oct. 1, 2023, $250 fine, all suspended; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Warren Sept. 24, 2023, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
