BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 18-25.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

April 19

Deven L. Hamilton, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (over 150 days beyond expiration) on Route 3 in Montville.

Courtney Burns, 37, of Monroe, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and falsifying physical evidence on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.

April 20

Deborah L. Hodgdon, 52, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for criminal mischief in Frankfort. 

Logan T. Daniels, 34, of Brewer, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Prospect.
