Chip Curry is a hard-working dedicated public servant who has earned a second Senate term

My husband, Rick, and I urge you to join us in sending Democrat Chip Curry back to the Maine Senate for a second term working for the people of Waldo County. We have known Chip and his wife since we moved to Belfast in 2009. We belong to the same church and we worked on his campaign in 2020.

As a member of the Climate Change issue group in the Maine Unitarian-Universalist State Advocacy Network, I emailed Chip regularly during the last legislative session. He responded with care and thoughtfulness and never hesitated to share his positions. I am gratified to know that he is endorsed by the Maine Conservation Voters and that he supports the development of offshore wind in Maine.

When a member of my book group shared that her daughter and son-in-law had discovered serious PFAS contamination on their farm in Unity, I emailed Chip and his concern was immediate. He went on to champion legislation (LD1911) to phase out the use of these dangerous chemicals.

As we enter the second half of our seventies, I am also especially proud of the work Chip has done to pass legislation (LD1859) to help our rural communities assess and plan for stronger EMS services.

Chip Curry is a hard-working and dedicated public servant who cares about all of the residents of Waldo County and has earned a second term in the state Senate.  Please vote to re-elect Chip Curry to Senate District 11!
